Responsibilities:

• Perform floor cleaning services including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and tile/grout treatments
• Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout the Tampa Bay area
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Ensure high-quality, consistent results on every job

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Experience in floor cleaning or janitorial work is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
